برای خامه پنیری-بادام زمینی:
۴۰۰ گرم خامه قنادی
۴۰۰-۵۰۰ گرم پنیر ماسکارپونه یا ویلی یا مخلوطی از هردو
۱۵۰ گرم کره بادام زمینی
۱۰۰ گرم بادام زمینی بوداده و خرد شده (اختیاری)
پودر قند بمقدار لازم
برای تزیین:
کارامل و شکلات آب شده و اسنیکرز
برای کیک، تخم مرغها، وانیل، نمک و شکر رو هم بزنین تا پفی و کشدار شه بعد روغن و شیر رو اضافه و مخلوط کنید بعد آرد، پودر کاکائو و بیکینگ پودر رو مخلوط و الک کنین سه بار و اضافه کنین و مخلوط کنین تا ترکیب شن بعد داخل قالب ۲۶-۲۸ سانتیمتری که کاغذ روغنی گذاشتین بریزین و در فر از قبل گرم شده ۱۷۵ درجه حدود ۲۵-۳۰ دقیقه بپزین تا خلال چوبی از وسط کیک تمیز دربیاد .بعد از سرد شدن از قالب دربیارین و کاغذ روغنی رو جدا کنین و داخل قالب کمربندی یا رینگ که زیرش سلفون یا کاغذ روغنی گذاشتین، بذارین و خواستین با کمی شیر خیس کنین.
برا لایه دوم، شکر رو داخل تابه استیل بریزین و با حرکت دادن تابه اجازه بدین کاملا آب شه و دونه ای شکر نمونه. دقت کنین نسوزه. بعد خامه گرم رو اضافه و مخلوط کنید بعد بادام زمینی هارو اضافه و مخلوط کنید و بعد ازینکه از داغی افتاد ولی هنوز سفت نشده، روی کیک کاملا سرد شده بریزین و پخش کنین. بعد روش ترکیب خامه ای رو پخش کنین.
برای لایه خامه ای، خامه قنادی که یخش باز شده رو با همزن برقی بزنین تا فرم بگیره کاملا بعد در طرف دیگه، پنیر و کره بادام زمینی رو هم بزنین و اضافه کنین بعد خامه فرم گرفته رو اضافه و مخلوط کنید بعد بچشین و نیاز بود کمی پودر قند الک شده اضافه و مخلوط کنید .
۳-۴ ساعت بذارین یخچال بعد از قالب یا رینگ دربیارین و تزیین کنین.
میتونین دستور رو نصف کنین و در قالب کوچکتر درست کنین.
